问一个发布问题[又出个新问题]

提示发布文章完成却一条也没有,已经选择WEB发布,而且用测试贴也发布成功了 `为什么在本地不能发布了,,我非常迫切的想要知道为什么会这样 这个是老问题 `但是还是有和我一样的新手朋友不会弄 `希望各位可以说的明白一点 ` 我搜了几篇帖子 `都没有详细的方法解决,既然帮了`就帮人帮到底 `说的详细点 `
