第一次做模块，post数据怎么制作成模块？帮忙啊

我用HttpAnalyzer抓到的post 数据不知道怎样制作成模块，在论坛找不到相关的例子。请帮忙看看，这种数据应该怎么处理。。

原来是用ENCODE来转码。
