总出现403错误是怎么回事呀？

测试发布就出现403错误

填写的发布地址，来源地址都应该没问题，可能是POST值。。如下：

http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fadmin%2Fpp.asp%3F&ClassID_PPST_744=1%7C%D7%A8%C0%FB%D0%C2%CE%C5&ClassID=1&Title=55555&Img=&Content=55555&Author=admin

我改成
FromURL=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fadmin%2Fpp.asp%3F&ClassID_PPST_517=1%7C%D7%A8%C0%FB%D0%C2%CE%C5&ClassID=[分类ID]&Title=[标签:标题]&Img=&Content=[标签:内容]&Author=admin

使用的是 爬爬斯特的新闻管理程序。。

403错误如下：

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
待进行错误分析的返回头：
HTTP/1.1 403 Access Forbidden
Server:Microsoft-IIS/5.1
Date:Wed, 04 Nov 2009 02:09:32 GMT
Connection:close
Content-Type:text/html
Content-Length:-1
