HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{A1FE23EF-03EF-4759-B021-668443C37A24}
删除上面的注册表键值就行了，如果以前在其他目录用过v7的采集器，可能会出现这个错误，删除就好了

另外，解压目录一定要是英文路径，例如：E:\LocoyPlatform\（如果使用中文路径的话，路径会出现乱码，所以会出错）
