V7.0版本FTP上传550错误，不知是不是BUG

V7.0版本FTP上传550错误，不知是不是BUG
说明：服务器FTP配置正确，老版本正常，新版本升级配置过来后无法上传文件
一直提示550错误

FTP建立目录时出错:550 /xian555: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
550 /xianghui114: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.  成功发布到站点汕尾门户X2 - Id:75 - 谁能让准妈妈睡个安心觉？
