打开采集器提示错误

昨天重装了一下系统，由win10降到win7，然后再打开火车采集求就提示这个错误。VC2012和.net4.0都安装了。重新安装采集器也不行

楼主，我也遇到和你一样的问题，按装不成功，提示已停止工作，我已经安装net2.0和net4.0两个版本，我是win7旗舰64位
