是qq管家之类的系统清理软件会自动删除采集器的dll造成，
已经修复，等更新吧

解决了
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{A1FE23EF-03EF-4759-B021-668443C37A24}
删除上面的注册表键值就行了，如果以前在其他目录用过v7的采集器，可能会出现这个错误，删除就好了

处理方法：(1).复制采集器System目录下的 csExWBDLMan.dll 文件到系统目录下，一般是

Windows\system32
(2).在命令行中运行  regsvr32 csExWBDLMan.dll
